PURLEE was founded in 2022 by Kym and her passion for making things.

Our humble beginnings on Etsy marked the start of a beautiful journey as a prominent Etsy gift seller in the UK market. Today, we take pride in offering an array of gifts for Her, and wicker home accessories, carefully chosen for their quality, practicality and unique characteristics.

Nestled in the heart of Essex is where our little craft studio is based and is where the magic happens. Selected items from our store can be made extra special through hand personalisation, adding a touch of individuality, including our best selling wicker hampers, canvas tote bags and beach bags.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can my item be gift wrapped?

Absolutely! Gift wrap will incur an additional charge of £1 per item.

Simply select the Gift Wrap option on the product page to add gift wrap.

Gift wrap includes a hand tied ribbon and gift tag for you to write your own message.

Note: not all product types offer this service.

Do you cover customs import taxes and duties?

Shipments within the UK do not have any import taxes, duties or fees.

For international orders, it is the customers responsibility to pay any fees, and this can sometimes also create delays in your delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Personalised items must be cancelled within 48-hours of ordering (these products go straight into production after the order is made).

All other items can be cancelled within 5 days.

Can you refund personalised goods?

No, we do not refund personalised goods.

Can you refund non-personalised goods?

Returns are accepted for non-personalised items up to 30 days after purchase.

We do not refund the initial postage.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is safely packaged and returned to our warehouse using their preferred postage method. Please retain proof of postage.

How can I return my item?

If you wish to return an item, please email kym@purlee.co.uk. Remember to include your order number. We will be in touch with the next steps. 

Non-personalised items are valid for returns within 14 days of purchase.

Returns not accepted on any personalised items, unless the item is faulty/damaged, in which case a replacement will be sent.

Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, otherwise no refund/replacement will be issued.

We do not cover postage costs for the return, or refund the initial postage fee.

Do you offer discount on bulk ordering?

Yes we do. Please direct bulk order enquiries to kym@purlee.co.uk.

My product is faulty what do I do?

Please email kym@purlee.co.uk to notify us of any issues. Please include your order number and attach photos, if possible.

You can expect a response from us within 48-hours.
