Refund policy
If you wish to return an item, please email kym@purlee.co.uk or fill in the form on our Contact page. Please remember to include your order number. We will be in touch with the next steps.
Non-personalised items are valid for returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, otherwise no refund/replacement will be issued.
Returns not accepted on any personalised items, unless the item is faulty/damaged, in which case it a replacement will be sent.
We do not cover postage costs for the return, or refund the initial postage fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos if you can.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are automatically paid back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
