Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days. Personalised items may require up to 5 working days for preparation. Please note that processing times are in addition to standard delivery times.

Delivery Times
The majority of parcels are shipped via Evri. Larger or heavier items (over 10kg) are shipped with DHL. All orders are sent tracked.

Returns
Non-personalised items are valid for returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, otherwise no refund/replacement will be issued.
Returns will not be accepted on any personalised items unless the item is faulty/damaged, in which case it a replacement will be sent.
