Delivery Times
The majority of parcels are shipped via Evri. Larger or heavier items (over 10kg) are shipped with DHL. All orders are sent tracked.

Returns
Non-personalised items are valid for returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, otherwise no refund/replacement will be issued.
Returns will not be accepted on any personalised items unless the item is faulty/damaged, in which case it a replacement will be sent.

Many of our pieces are handmade, hand-finished, or thoughtfully curated from trusted suppliers. Individual product descriptions will always specify if an item is handmade or bespoke.
Do you offer international shipping?
At present, we ship within the UK only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this will be clearly announced on our website and social channels.
