Perfect Picnic Hampers for Kurt Geiger

Few things capture the joy of summer quite like a beautifully curated picnic hamper. In June 2024, Kurt Geiger launched their new Floral collection in collaboration with the talented UK artist Tattie Isles.

The Brief:

As a trusted supplier of wicker baskets, BAYY Agency approached us to collaborate on crafting 21 bespoke picnic hampers, branded for Kurt Geiger. These hampers were filled with exclusive items from the new collection, designed as gifts for press and media relations ahead of the official launch.

Kurt Geiger envisioned luxury picnic hampers that were not only visually captivating but also functional. Each branded hamper needed to be spacious enough to accommodate various picnic items, including a charming teapot, a water bottle and holder, and a picnic blanket. In addition, smaller boxed items—a deck of cards, an elegant card wallet, artisanal teas, luscious jams, and crispy crackers—were included, creating a delightful array of treats for influencers and press.

The Process:

As several items were to be added to the hamper, our 18-inch hampers were the ideal size.

To fulfill Kurt Geiger's vision, we added a custom-made board with leather fitments to securely hold each item to the lid and dividers to the base. We also crafted handmade linings using the beautiful floral material provided by the brand.

Once the interior was complete, the hampers were ready to be personalised. Custom stencils were made, and the recipients' initials along with the Kurt Geiger logo were carefully sprayed onto the lid of each picnic hamper.

Everything was executed flawlessly, all within a tight 30-day deadline.

The bespoke hampers beautifully extended the floral collection, providing influencers and media representatives with an exclusive insight, strengthening their relationship with the Kurt Geiger brand and reinforcing Kurt Geiger's reputation as a brand that cherished creativity and elegance in every detail.
